Example of what fits inside: a large smartphone, small folded wallet, pen, car keys, lip balm and lipstick - still with some extra space just in case.

Care and Cleaning: 

The leathers we use at Rook & Ribbon are very high quality and require little care and upkeep. They are already coated in a non-toxic protective layer to prevent stains and color fading, so you do not need to use any leather conditioners or products on them. For spills or soiling, immediately wipe away any wetness with a dry clean cloth. If still soiled: wipe gently with a clean cloth dampened (ie. barely wet, not dripping wet) in room temperature water with a little bit of mild soap (soap flakes, ivory, woolite). Wipe all of the soap off afterwards with a non-soapy damp cloth, then blot with a dry cloth to complete. Do not rub vigorously or excessively.

Avoid detergents, ammonia, oils, polish, varnish, bar soap, saddle soap, leather cleaners, household detergents or chemical products. Protect from excessive direct sunlight, excessive heat and sharp objects.

We want you to love your handmade Rook & Ribbon items! However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, product repair (if possible), or exchange. We pay for return shipping of damaged or defective items.

As a small business in which all of our products are unique and hand-made, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. However, if you receive your order in good condition but do not feel satisfied with the product, please contact us within 14 days about an exchange or store credit. For exchanges of this second type, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

 

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
