SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere within the United States. We will ship your order out within 3-5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated! Holidays will likely affect our ability to ship quickly, but we will keep you updated and get to your order as soon as possible. Contact us if you are outside of the United States and wish to place an order.
Custom orders will ship after they are handmade. Our manufacturing time for custom projects is typically 2-4 weeks, subject to change during busy seasons.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your handmade Rook & Ribbon items! However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, product repair (if possible), or exchange. We pay for return shipping of damaged or defective items.
As a small business in which all of our products are unique and hand-made, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. However, if you receive your order in good condition but do not feel satisfied with the product, please contact us within 14 days about an exchange or store credit. For exchanges of this second type, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
